Balance and focus. Eyes open, closed, one leg, two legs, arms - it's a full body experience where focus is the key.

Strenth and fitness. Climbings trees, jumping up onto ledges, running, vaulting and flipping requires strength and agility.
#3 Confidence & Grit
Exploring, trying, failing and winning. Solo and Team challenges boost self awareness, confidence, and Grit.
